Dr. Elizabeth (Beth) Watson has loved caring for animals since she was a child growing up in Northern California.  Dr. Watson graduated from the University of Edinburgh, Royal School of Veterinary Studies in 2019, and enjoys surgery, research, and preventive care. While studying in Scotland Dr. Watson conducted research at the Roslin Institute.  

Since moving to Portland Dr. Watson has enjoyed exploring its fantastic restaurants, creative art events, and many dog parks with her eleven-pound Pom-Chi, Peanut Butter. Dr. Watson also enjoys spending time with her Green Cheeked Conure with an attitude, named Bo.
