Ordering refills & food for your pet:

Outside or Online Pharmacies:

If your pet has a prescription filled though an outside pharmacy and you need a refill – please call your pharmacy first. The pharmacy will send your doctor a refill request directly though our online system. This will help expedite your order. We recommend ordering at least 7 days prior to when you will run out of medication.

When ordering food and medications online we recommend setting up an account through Vetsource®, your doctor is directly linked to them and is able to make recommendations for your pet and conveniently refill medications and food. Picking up at Pet Samaritan:

If you pick up your prescriptions at the clinic please call us for refills and allow 24 hours for your refill to be processed. If you pick up prescription food for your pet at the clinic we recommend calling ahead to have us check to see if it is in stock prior to pick up.
